Well, folks, we're not Facepunch, and one of the most burning desires- burning-est desires? I think I've heard the phrase before, but I'm pretty sure it's incorrect. Anyways, one of the things people want to do the most on the Internet is break copyright law and have other people help them acquire and employ data of questionable legitimacy with no hope for any kind of appreciable reward.

Well, I'm in the mood to impose myself upon others today, and rather than make a one-off question thread (which would be pretty boring) I've decided to lay the groundwork for future questions!

Q: Would it be okay to download porn for free and dispense it on Fakepunch free/cost money?

Q: Would it be okay to download a game if you only bought the serial?

Q: Would it be okay for someone who owns a game to download a ROM of that game for emulation? [In this case, HeartGold; Romulation took down their downloads due to copyright claims by Nintendo.]
