I got mine one in russia. (I visit it sometimes, I was born there).

Well, they gave me it away for free because they thought it was broken.

It's music that concerns me (along with a few Apps that interest me).
According to some of my co-workers with Android phones, their iPod Touches are music better for music.

Also, I'm addicted to Last.fm scrobbling, and I'm not sure how supported it is on Android as of now.

The stock music player on Android is horrible but there are much better alternatives in the Market.
Last.fm has their own application in it (dunno what it does though :P) and I'm sure many audio players have Last.fm integration.
Androlib.com is a nice web interface for the Market.
