Anyone here at all in all of existence able to help me with Mapping
More so just operating a skybox.
I'm making a map, new one for me, and I think I have most of it on my own. I just can't figure out how to make a skybox. It's for a tf2 map. Not sure how fruitful this thread is. |

I used to know all about this shit, but I haven't touched the SDK since I moved to OS X. Is it just a skybox (clouds and shit) or a 3D skybox (buildings and the like) that you want?

I would assume 3d since 2d skyboxes are easy as fuc
I know nothing of 3d skyboxes and all my attempts fail miserably. However I can teach you about carving. IT"S THE FUTURE |
I did mean 2d skyboxes but if you want to try helping with 3d go ahead

Use the tool_skybox texture, change the skyboxe's material with Map Properties. use the sky list:
