Planning to set up a web proxy on the VPS, but I need to also set up a log in for it so:
a) Bandwidth isn't wasted.
b) No one does illegal shit.

You can't run programs, even off a flash drive?

(All the ones in that thread can be run off of a flash drive)

Only way to get programs to run is 'run' when downloading an .exe directly in IE. Usually though it doesn't work too good, and also takes time.
